Langley Demonstration Garden

-- "Making sustainable gardening second nature"

The Demonstration Garden is an educational facility operated in partnership by the Township of Langley and LEPS. The Garden was established in 1992 by the Township to provide a venue for demonstrating sustainable gardening techniques.

The garden is staffed Monday through Friday, June to August, but is open to the public year round. Please drop by to visit and explore! Please check back for 2010 season Adult and Childrens workshops and events! The Garden officially opens on Saturday May 15 with the composter and water saver distribution event.

The Aug 19, 2009 Blackberry Bake-off was a huge success, with over 35 entries this year.  Click here to see who won!

We promote safe home and garden practices through:

The Langley Demonstration garden is used by the public as a destination for neighbourhood walks and a peaceful place to sit and relax, a sort of urban oasis.

If you haven’t already visited the garden, we urge you to drop by.  The Langley Demonstration Garden is located at 4877- 221 Street, Langley (between the Fraser Hwy and 48th Ave)
